Mental and physical fitness

My name is Mikhael d’Indy, I have a certificate in health and wellness coaching with Wellness Coaching Australia, and a sport and exercise science degree from The University of Technology Sydney. 

Training your mental fitness like exercise training takes patience, time and repetition. Rewiring  your brain to think positively and be present needs to be built up like any muscle. If you take the time to do that, you will begin to notice how amazing and capable you really are when it comes to making behavioural changes in all aspects of your life, including physical activity.

What is a health and wellness coach?

As a health and wellness coach I help to empower clients with the tools and knowledge of how to make sustainable changes to the way they live their lives. Through guided sessions this will create new positive thought patterns around the desired change. The client has full control over the development of these new positive behavioural changes, ensuring lasting change that becomes apart of your daily routine.
